Cocktail by Chelsea Nelson at Ritual & Craft

Directions

What you need:

-a large wine glass with a long stem (no rocks glasses allowed).

- a lot of GOOD ice (enough to chill the circumference of your goblet)

- your favorite garnish (go spicy, fruity, citrusy, or floral! The choices are endless)

- a lovely tonic (think FeverTree, Schweppes, Q tonic or local Bar Daddy)

- a long, twisted bar spoon

Extra: Try adding a dash or two of your favorite bitters!

How to make:

●     Fill you wine glass with ice

●     Add your garnish(s)

●     Add 2 oz of Temple of the Moon Gin
Add a few dashes of your choice of bitters (make sure they marry well with your garnish!)

●     STIR! This allows the gin to absorb the flavor of your garnish

●     Pour 4 oz tonic into your glass: use the twisted spoon as a conduit––put the spoon into your glass, and pour down the length of the twisted part of the spoon. This opens up the bubbles in the tonic and unleashes the flavor

●     Stir the tonic into the gin and ice in several rotations getting the cocktail as cold as possible

●     Add garnish on top for a little more flair

Note: It’s all about the garnish platter!
