French 75 a la Eau de Melisse
Cocktail by Adam Bagby.
Ingredients
1.5 oz Eau de Mélisse
.5 oz Simple Syrup
.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Sparkling Wine Float
Directions
Shake all ingredients except for sparkling wine in a cocktail shaker. Strain into a cocktail glass and top with sparkling wine. Garnish with lemon zest.
