Pamplemousse Punch

Cocktail by Chelsea Nelson at Ritual & Craft

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Temple of the Moon Gin

  • 1/2 cup orange liqueur

  • 1 fresh squeezed large grapefruit

  • 1 fresh squeezed large lemon

  • 2 cups organic grapefruit juice (not juice cocktail)

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar simple syrup

  • 8 drops CRUDE hibiscus lavender bitters

  • 1 bottle dry champagne

Directions

To make: Add all ingredients with the exception of the champagne into a pitcher. Let marry in the fridge for 4 hours. When ready to serve, pour into a punch bowl and add ice. Top with a bottle of champagne (if the whole bottle won’t fit, you can keep topping this punch off as it gets consumed). Garnish with fresh grapefruit, thyme, and grated nutmeg.

Serves 6-8
