Rum & Cocoa Cooler

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Waterpocket Cocoa & Rum

  • .5 oz Waterpocket 100 proof Blanco Rum

  • .5 oz Oloroso sherry

  • .25 simple syrup

  • Cherry liqueur (used New World tart cherry)

  • mint for garnish

Directions

Quick shake of all liquid ingredients except for cherry liqueur. Pour over pebble ice in a cocktail glass, and add .25 oz cherry liqueur on top. Garnish with mint.
