Rum & Cocoa Cooler

Ingredients
1.5 oz Waterpocket Cocoa & Rum
.5 oz Waterpocket 100 proof Blanco Rum
.5 oz Oloroso sherry
.25 simple syrup
Cherry liqueur (used New World tart cherry)
mint for garnish
Directions
Quick shake of all liquid ingredients except for cherry liqueur. Pour over pebble ice in a cocktail glass, and add .25 oz cherry liqueur on top. Garnish with mint.
