Rum & Coffee Cooler

Cocktail by Crystal Daniels.

Ingredients

• 1 oz Waterpocket Coffee & Rum

• 1 oz Waterpocket 100 proof Blanco Rum

• .5 oz cognac

• 1 oz pineapple juice

• .75 oz lemon juice

• .75 oz Orgeat (try local Bar Daddy)

• Peychauds bitters

Directions

Shake with pebble ice. Pour into cocktail glass and top with a few drops of Peychauds.
